Richard describes his motivation for writing his new, easy-to-understand, practical book designed to help readers discover the cause of their own individual back problem and offer them an effective and lasting solution to their suffering. Introduction by Tomás Hardiman.

Richard explains how he found relief after 8 years of unsuccessful back pain treatments, and then trained as an Alexander Technique teacher in order to help others. At the same London book launch, special guest speaker Tim Brennan tells how he invented VivoBarefoot footwear to overcome ankle injuries he suffered playing tennis in the late 1990s.
